Crew members play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations in environments such as restaurants, cafes, retail stores, and event venues. Their main responsibilities typically include:

  • Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and resolving complaints with a positive attitude[2].
  • Processing orders and payments accurately, operating the cash register, and ensuring customers receive the correct items[2].
