  • Providing on-ground support to trading partners in areas such as sales, training, and customer service delivery, including regular visits for supervision and training purposes[1].
  • Offering after-sales support to foster customer satisfaction, handle queries and complaints, and ensure client loyalty[7].
  • Preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiating terms, closing deals, and accurately submitting orders[2].
  • Staying updated with new products and emerging technologies, and educating customers and team members as necessary[1].
